We visited two of the Monasteries this morning and the weather was excellent. All enjoyed this greatly. Thereafter we went to the restaurant in Kalabaka where we visited the kitchen and selected what we wanted from the big pots on the stove.
We then proceeded to the Kalabaca blocking position known as Savige Force and looked at the dispositions of the force that Brig Savige had under command. A lot of the trees have gone at Kalabaca, so there is some erosion.
