On Tour - Our Other ANZAC Day - 24 April 2010

Today we visited the battle sites, memorials and cemetaries of the Somme: Bullecourt, Lochnagar Crater, Pozieres, Delville Wood, Beaumont Hamel, Villers-Bretonneux, Mont St Quentin, Bellenglise, the 4th Division Memorial and where the Australian Corps under General Monash left the line for the last time, Montbrehain. An excellent dinner, followed by a good noght's sleep to get ready for the big day tomorrow.
