London, and the start of our tour. Get away from the main streets and one can walk with history. I did just that today and saw apartment blocks and residential homes that housed people over 200 years ago, but still do the same. There are plaques on many walls of the buildings that allows you to build up a picture of the type of people who resided in the various areas.
Much to see in London but that is not we will be doing as we take to the country to trace the old routes of the trains that were in the Steam age. We head out of London in the morning and head west to our first locations where we can enter the Steam Train world.
