Today our group moved on from Paris and travelled to Peronne, our base in th Somme area for the next five days. On the way we called at Omaha Beach and the US Cemetery in response to a special request. Tomorrow we spend a quiet day visiting the Museum of the Grande Guerre and the local sites before an early start for the Dawn Service at the Australian National Memorial at Villers Bretonneux.
